I have been a loyal customer of kryolan for years and hence this review is way overdue. I visited the new store in SFO and it is amazing. The staff was very cordial and worked very patiently to help me with my requirements. I ordered a shipment for what I needed as not all was available in store. Somehow, my order got messed up and never arrived. I called Yami, the store manager and she was just Godsent. I had a time crunch and was stressed out but she instantly calmed me down over the phone and promised me that I will get my package on time. She moved mountains to get what I needed and delivered on her promise and got my shipment delivered in an extremely short time. I am eternally grateful to them and wish i could give them 10 out of 5 stars....

I’ve been a customer on and off since Kryolan was in the old location. The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to thank Jordan for exceptional service this weekend. I bought an order over the phone. He went through the order with me, answered my product questions, and reassured me that I purchased the right products for the job. Unfortunately, I wound up taking a ride share to Kryolan and due to lack of parking spaces, Jordan actually brought my products out to me so my ride wouldn’t have to circle the block. I came in a couple times before Halloween with an ambitious idea for a costume and the staff were a tremendous help. They recommended the FX Design Color Liquid for my costume and it turned out incredible. It lasted nearly an entire day and only lightly smudged on surfaces that I was leaning against for a long while. I got so many compliments from friends and strangers on my look.
