Dr. Magnano is an excellent professional. After eight years enduring excruciating pain, surgeries due to untreated autoimmune diseases, and multiple doctors in search for a proper treatment I found her, and she got it right.

She goes above and beyond to help her patients, she is kind, knowledgeable, human, and thanks to her dedication and excellence I can finally walk again.

If you have a complex case to diagnose and treat - mine is an overlap of Lupus, Rheumatoid Artritis, Sjogren's Syndrome, and she gave me the right diagnosis in my first appointment, confirmed by subsequent laboratorial, DNA tests, and clinical observation.

Her expertise also opened the doors to properly treat my epilepsy, by indicating me the first neurologist in 40 years able to understand my type of epilepsy.

So in case nobody could give you an answer, she is the rheumatologist that you are looking for. I live 280 miles from San Francisco, but I wouldn't change her for any other rheumatologist in the world.

Absolutely a glorious doctor, which I am grateful and will be grateful for the rest of my life.

As a man in his 70's I had an issue of sudden swelling of joints, knee, ankle, elbow and I immediately went to my primary care physician, an orthopedic surgeon, and ankle specialist, but no one was able to give me a diagnosis or offer effective pain relief. After 9 months of swelling and pain and several doctors office visits, I called and got a video visit with Dr Magnano who within 2 minutes of discussion and showing her my swollen joints, she diagnosed my situation. Astounding that Magnano wants to be a Concierge Doctor when she accepted numerous insurances, as she is changing to Concierge Doctor in December 2024. As I was not interested in paying monthly, she did not administer needed treatments, before the Concierge Doctor turn over in December while accepting insurances. If you pay her cash, perhaps she will administer needed treatments. Hopefully to be a Concierge Doctor you should be an exceptional doctor.
