The woman working here is incredibly rude, condescending, and outright hostile. I came in for an FD-258 fingerprint card required for my medical license, and she gave me the wrong one, causing it to be rejected by the medical board. When I called to explain what happened, she immediately became defensive and aggressive, demanding I prove the rejection by bringing in the board’s letter. When I returned a few days later with the rejection letter, she actually argued with me about it and demanded another $35 fee. Even after I provided the correct fingerprint card sent directly by the medical board, she refused to fix the mistake unless I paid again.
