My boyfriend and I bought a total of 4 items on our MSC cruise trip , 1 was a ring which we were originally going to pay for in full at the store, and then I was going to buy him a watch and pay in full. However, the sales people insisted that we try some other jewelry, they showed us a couple more and started throwing deals in which we could finance our jewelry.(honestly they were pushy, felt pressured) They showcased another ring, and a bracelet, and made a deal of $2,999, I would pay $49.99 monthly for 60months and our first payment would be 15th July 2023. Which my boyfriend and I thought was a good deal so we bought the extra jewelry. Now after the trip I am receiving a bill with interest added for $65 monthly. I called customer service and they said that the store is not supposed to tell us a price, it's up to the bank. At this point nobody got back to me when the new pay date should be and when my monthly bill is going to be reduced. I want to return all my items and I am no longer interested in the jewelry we bought and the service I received post purchase and close the credit card that I wasn't even aware we opened. I called and emailed and the due dates are approaching. this is annoying since it was my first jewelry purchase , I honestly felt scammed and misinformed after making such a big purchase, this ruined my experience with any future jewelry shops I could've been a potential customer to. We had been recommended to visit this store by royal Caribbean cruise line but when got there, male staff behind the counter completely ignored us when standing right in front on him. another staff member came over and i thought they were going to help but then they just started talking to each other until the other customer said excuse me a couple of times. He didnt want to help at all and i decided to not to bother looking at anything despite being in the market for a new ring. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They sold me a $13000 engagement ring that ended up being worth $2000. The diamond did not match the paperwork. I went to several reputable jewelers all of whom said I got totally ripped off. I tried multiple times to get a hold of some who could help me and had no luck.
