Utah Farm Bureau Federation — Local services in Sandy

Avoid this company at all cost, hands down the worst insurance company out there! Been with them for 2 plus years, the canned my local agent and gave me a "call center" agent back east somewhere. Spoke with Joe a few times to get things sorted out. Got a letter from FBFS saying I no longer have coverage, called Joe and was told I need to submit photos of my dwelling, check did that as requested. Then I was told I need to submit structural insurance proof, check did that as well. Never got a response back from Joe. Never got a letter from them beyond the one stating that without the photos my coverage is canceled. Beyond poor service, will be taking this up with BBB and corporate provided I can find a number or email address to get in touch with them. They're very good and avoiding customers and preventing people from getting in touch with the higher ups. DON'T USE Utah Farm Bureau AT ANY COST!!!!!...

I can't recommend this company for insurance whatsoever. The only plus was the agent that assisted me with my policy was friendly and helpful up until I decided to cancel my policy. I cancelled my policy because they were charging and arm and a leg compared to other insurance carriers. I had submitted the policy cancellation forms as asked and was told the policy was cancelled. Two business days later, my policy renewal premium was pulled out of my bank account. I knew this may have been a possibility due to cancelling my policy so close to the renewal date and called their billing dept to get it fixed. Come to find out the agent lied to me and the policy hadn't been cancelled and their billing dept is unable to reverse the charge due to this. I'm now going to need to take the issue up with my bank to have this fixed. Between the high premiums and lying, I recommend staying far away from...
