"Thank you for leaving." That is what the sales person said to my two friends and me as we left the store in May, 2019. Earlier we had been admiring one of their furniture pieces and he approached us and said "can I help you?" but in a tone that indicated he wasn't really interested in being helpful. He was clearly more annoyed. I told him no, that my friend was admiring the stone inlay in the piece. He continued to stand and stare at us, expressionless, which was rather creepy. I said "is that okay?" to which indicated it was then turned and went back to his desk to stare at us for the remainder of the time we were in the store. When we walked past him to leave, I said "thank you" then got the "thanks for leaving" reply. To be clear - I love the blanket I purchased! The person who helped me with it was so friendly and personable.

The twin sized (robe) Pendleton blanket I purchased was priced at $375. Since I have purchased quite a few over the years "I assumed" (you know where that got me) that pricing is similar at other places (my experience tells me this is somewhat true) - not the case here.... Beware from buying furniture at this establishment. I spent over 16,000 on Leather couch and chair. I bought the Furniture in June 2020. It was delivered to me in October 2020 with multiple communications with Kathy. The chair that I received it appears the leather is not in good conditions. It appears small leather scratches were the nails were put in. They are telling me its my fault and they will not cover it. I only have had the chair since Oct and its now Feb 2021.
