Incredible customer service. I purchased a beautiful ring ten years ago from these folks. At the time I recalled that they said lifetime customer. After ten years my ring was distressed. Not one location I stopped at would touch or attempt any repairs. I was traveling in my fifth wheel and decide to do a return trip to Santa Fe New Mexico. Amazing! Just as I thought I was not going to find the jewelry store I turn the corner and there it was. I walked in and I asked how long has the store been there the person stated 29 years, I asked was it a family jewelry store, he said yes. So I asked my wife to retrieve the ring from here purse. I showed it to the gentleman. He said this is our ring and you are a customer for life he fixed it for free and even paid for the shipping back to my house in Florida absolutely incredible customer service and commitment. Warm customer service and a lovely experience all around! I bought a ring here about 7 years ago - it is a one of a kind opal and onyx inlay ring in yellow gold - a stunning work of art. The salesperson was so helpful and buying it was a great experience in itself. But what is more is that when the ring needed a tune-up (a tiny stone inlay went missing) they were so amenable and generous! A task that jewelers in my home town would not touch (or quoted me at $500!) Kenny's did as a courtesy! My ring came back polished, stones all accounted for, and shining as new as the day I purchased it.
