So much information about hangings, ghost sightings. Owen Thomas House and salve quarter located at this square is a tour worthy place. Might be tough to find the parking. Waking here is the best option. This square as per our guide was named after founder of Georgia but one unique thing is, General Oglethrope’s statue is not located inside this square but some other square nearby.

One of the many squares that collectively make up the Savannah historic district. Beautiful foliage in the square with many of them featuring statues and historical writings. Would highly recommend a tour through the city to get the full historic background of the city as it is literally bursting with history being one of the oldest...
