Letâs begin by this is a general review on Kohlâs Corporate. We have a Kohlâs Charge account, have loved it up until this point. We are trying to buy a house been in the process for 4 months now and we needed the balance paid off in order to move forward. Paid it off as requested by our broker, they need a statement from Kohlâs proving it was paid with and updated balance so we can close on our house. Kohlâs has FAILED to provide this statement for us. We have called everyday for 8 days now and they keep telling us it can be faxed in 24-48 hours... 8 days later it is still processing, itâs been escalated twice and NOTHING!!! NO ONE FROM KHOLS HAS HELPED US! We have tried all the social media platforms and made SO many phone calls and everyone keeps giving us the run around. We are going to lose this house and THOUSANDS of dollars because Kohl's is unable to send a two sentence email, or a two minute fax. For a company thatâs been around since 1962 sure does lack the technology needed to be able to make such a simple request possible by contacting your costumer service or even being able to print it on my own!    Read moreI left a previous review with a one star because I was being treated unfairly by one of the employees when I tried to exchange a pair of shoes that didnt fit my son for a pair that would fit him. After getting tired of seeing my son go to school every day wearing a raggedy pair of shoes I decided to call management about the problem, which I should have done in the first place. The managers did everything they could so I could exchange the shoes for a pair that fit. Through management, I was able to exchange the shoes and my son loved them! They really do care about their customers and do everything they can to make the customers happy. I now realize that if you dont get a solution to a problem the first time, you can always go a step higher. Since you guys worked really hard on this issue, I now give you a 5 star.
