All I can say is: Lamont, Lamont, LAMONT! If you want the pinnacle of customer service and care, Lamont is your man. My husband and I came to this location to purchase a suit for his son’s wedding, and Lamont guided us through every single aspect of the process. From selecting the right fit to handling alterations, he made sure we felt confident and taken care of. We left that day knowing Men’s Wearhouse would be our go-to spot for any of my husband’s future suiting needs.
Full disclosure though—when we returned to pick up one of the suits (he purchased one for the wedding and another for date nights), Lamont wasn’t there. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the worst customer service we’ve ever had. The young Black woman working that day made it clear she would’ve rather been anywhere else. She tried to engage in small talk toward the end of our visit, but the attitude she had carried up to that point had already left a bad taste.
Fast forward to today—my husband and I had some errands to run and decided to stop by Men’s Wearhouse first, just to get it out of the way. To our surprise and delight, there was Lamont! We were so genuinely happy to see him. As always, he was dapper and dressed to the nines, instantly elevating the energy of the entire store. Lamont has the confident ease of a store owner and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service.

Read moreI thought we were having a typical Men’s Wearhouse experience. The folks we worked with were polite and capable. The ability for measurements to be taken and suits picked up at any location in their system is a plus. They made color coordination easy and the options were good. The fit obviously isn’t as precise as one would like, but for a rental, it worked ok. You cannot put this task on auto pilot. We had to check in with them pretty regularly to make sure the information and timelines were correct, but again, for the money, it was sufficient. They were flexible with our return time and were overall very helpful.
But then, we had a last minute issue. Due to a family situation, we thought my husband’s best friend and best man, and his family, were not going to be able to attend the wedding. Two days before the wedding, he called. They were all going to be able to come after all and surprise him! I called Men’s Wearhouse and explained the situation. I think her name was Tracey and I hate that I don’t know for sure – things were so crazy by that point. She was exceptional. She said she saw where the order had been cancelled but they still had his measurements in the system. “Give me twenty minutes and I will call you back.” Fifteen minutes later she called back. She could put a rush order and ship on the suit and it would be here in time for our scheduled pickup. The fee? $20. I could not have been more pleased. Read moreSpent approximately 380 to 390 on a jacket, 4 shirts, and 3 ties. Pricing was fair for the quality. The jacket had to be tailored, and understandably as the sleeves were too long. My measurements are taken and we go to the front to pay for everything. Set up the pick up date and time, done. Walk out the door. Pretty good experience. Fast forward two weeks, I recieve a call that my jacket will not be done by the 18th of June, as previously scheduled. They asked me if I could pick it up the next day the 19th at 430 in the afternoon. I said I could not. The gentleman on the phone placed me on hold to see when he could get it done. He replied that I could pick it up on the 19th at 1130 in the morning. June 19th about 5 minutes until 1130 I walk in, and say I'm here to pick up a jacket. The gentleman walks to the back and comes back and informs me that it isnt ready and will be ready in 45 mins to an hour. I could understand if there was a rush on the order, but they had two weeks, and call me the day of pick up to say it isnt ready. Inexcusable.
