Review Do NOT go to this dentist. They do not give a rats as about their patients or their time. I scheduled an initial appointment for a cleaning after finally getting dental insurance. The appointment was scheduled a few weeks out, enough time for me to request time off work. The day of the appointment, as I was leaving work, I get a phone call to notify me that my appointment has been cancelled. Apparently their “systems were down”. They were not able to reschedule me at that time because of their technical problems. After some questioning to understand why I was being notified on such late notice, having lost the hours out of my paycheck, I was given zero reassurance as their systems had been down for days at that time. My appointment was at the end of the day. Why hadn’t I been notified sooner? The receptionist had no explanation. I called a few weeks later to try again. In this phone call I had to repeat all of my personal information and insurance info, and after getting through all my information, the receptionist said “oh, actually we have all this on file already.” After I had already scrambled to collect my info to relay, since having given this info already I assumed they would have had it saved and was unprepared. Waste of time. Then, day of the appointment, I get another phone call. They wanted me to know that I did not have dental insurance. This is not at all true. What followed was a series of phone calls back and forth of me trying to convince them that I had insurance and them trying to confirm this. At the end, they realIzed a clerical error on their part had caused this barrage of phone calls which caused me again to be pulled from work multiple times to deal with. I was able to have my appointment that day. However, they had been fully prepared to cancel my appointment last minute again. Glad they sorted it out. The last appointment ended with me scheduling a next appointment 6 weeks later. Now 6 weeks have come and gone, I have taken off work again, walked in to the office for my appointment to be told AT THE DESK that the doc who is supposed to be drilling my cavities is off for the day!! The receptionist said that they had apparently tried to call me, which is not at all true because I had neither missed any calls or received any voicemails. At this point, I’ve been jerked around and missed unnecessary time at work multiple times. “Morrison dental can see you now” that is of course unless you’ve made an appointment. Then they’re just going to cancel it last second. Extremely unprofessional. Find somewhere else who will...

I had an emergency appointment for my daughter today. They called me when I was already on the way. I answered late and got hung up on called back n they couldn't tell me anything! I said well I'm just calling back, can you ask the lady right next to you if she called. If so what's the message. Instead of doing that she proceded to tell me it was Probably someone from the back idk. I was like will if u ask the other lady in front then you won't be saying maybe. I was already almost there. When i get there the other front desk lady tells me i tried to call you. I said yeah and I called right back so what's the prob? The doctor for your appointment isn't going to see her. We were trying to cancel. I was like aren't y'all the same ppl that wanna charge ppl 4 not canceling appointments a day ahead of time? So where's my cancellation fee for me waking up early on my day off paying for a ride here n wasting our time? Then she was like we gotta reschedule and the soonest is April 15th! This is an emergency appointment. She has pain,tooth decay, red swollen gums around the cavities and trouble eating. She obviously can't wait! The other doctors here won't take a5 year old today I was told! So i said i will never schedule an appointment here! Them when i called around 2 find another emergency dentist they were like no that's not right. They have 2 take her if it's an emergency appointment. Then that dentist office called n Morrison dental lied to them n said they are not canceling any appointments and are seeing all thier appointments per usual! They called me back n told me that bs n i was like so now I'm lying? Then the dentist office caked then back n suddenly they were like oh yeah her dentist isn't here. Wow so then y'all did cancel it then right? Then Morrison dental called me back n said a dentist there would see her but i got 40 minutes 2 get there. I was like i need more time i came there in a bus n am home now. They wouldn't see me again! The other dentist office apologised for them n said they were ride n not helpful called dentistry for children n they would me as a walk in. They took care of my kid. She had 2 abscesses in her mouth. Imagine if I waited till April 15th! The infection would-be spread to other teeth and maybe worse to the body. Omg they didn't care...

Please do not trust these people with your time or money today I had an appointment that was in place two weeks prior I went and had all of my been please do not trust these people with your time or money today I had an appointment that was in place two weeks prior where all things were in place but when I got to my appointment the doctor that did my deep cleaning did it very well after she was done they told me that they forgot to tell me that I needed to pay money that day before the procedure I’ll explain I did not have any money that day because I was told prior that I did not need any then the doctor had me to sign a promise Siri note saying that I would pay on Friday I I asked for a copy of the promissory note that I signed she first told me just to take a picture with my phone I asked her if I could have a paper copy she said yes then she said she made a mistake and went to print another piece of paper but when she brought it back and wanted me to send it again the amounts Changed ask her why and she explained that it was her mistake so I ask her for the paper I signed earlier she said she has already shredded the paper I asked her how do I know you have shredded a paper with my signature on it she said that she put it in the shredder because she made a mistake then I told her that that’s not good business and I feel very uneasy she then went back into the room and brought me the paper that she just told me she shredded I said wow why did you lie to me and tell me that you have already destroyed it and yet the piece of paper with my signature still own it you did not shred it you lied to me so how would I feel comfortable with anything else you say then to make it even more crazier the Morrison Dental on Abercorn scree in Savannah Georgia promised me two weeks prior that I could have my procedure done before the first of the year but after the doctor made her mistakes she changed her mind and said no .
