Two Smart Cookies — Local services in Savannah

Let me start by saying I could have gone with Crumbl cookies or nothing Bundt cakes, etc…. But I wanted to support a long standing local business. I cannot recommend this place for a custom cookie design in bulk. Placing the order was difficult. Lots of email and phone tag. Discussed design was very different than outcome. I placed an order for my business logo (which I knew would be difficult) but after discussing with the team we had a simple solution and expected outcome.

I did not personally pick up and inspect the cookies ( my fault, I got held up at work) but upon seeing them I was appalled that such a reputable business would send a project out of the door in this condition.

The cookies were stale, icing sloppily applied, logo stencil was patchy as was the base icing.

We ordered these weeks in advance for an event and ended up having to use store bought cookies.

I emailed the owner, to which I was offered a remake, which I would have gladly accepted if the event had not been time sensitive. I requested a refund and was met with much pushback. Partial refund was offered but I feel that a full refund was best as we had to trash the entire order. They told me that whoever picked them up inspected them and loved them (false)

I requested a full refund and have not heard anything back since.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEE! this spot of Heaven on Earth! When I lived in Savannah, and worked nearby, I always made a stop by to receive the aromatherapy, take a gander upon the local jewelry/home goods & trinkets, and whatever delectable goodies I could fit in their take out box. My goodness the scent of the place upon entry alone, can nostalgically heal you.

The scents of warm vanilla, sugar, butter, lemons and love all harmoniously waft through the air.

This is the ONLY place in the world that I can eat a sugar cookie (I never liked sugar cookies, until I had Two smart cookies version) and enjoy it immensely like it's the first time. No matter what you order, one bite, and you'll close your eyes and lean your head back in gratefulness about...

I ordered cookies two months in advance of my son’s Baptism. I say that because this was not a last minute order. The cookies tasted good but I was very disappointed in their appearance. The churches and the “E”s looked like they were done by a 6 year old. Two smart cookies has always had a great reputation and I was really excited about getting these cookies for our party. However, I was really embarrassed to put these out at the party. My guests were shocked when I told them where I bought them from.
