This is not STK quality by any means or measure. This was quite possibly the worst experience I have had in a while. To start we had reservations at 9 pm we were assured that we would be seated soon we usually give a healthy buffer of 5-30mins. We checked back to see where we were around 930 the staff reassured me a couple more minutes. We began noticing something that was disheartening to see was that the staff was giving priority to “specific” guests over another guest. So we continued to wait not saying a word to the staff about this unusual problem at the restaurant. We waited at the bar as we were told continued to enjoy that experience. Drinks were not good at all the martinis were not even up to the usual standard of a bad martini. They were not made correctly which was evident by how the bartender made the drink improperly. Moving on we find out we still have been waiting and it's 1030 over 90 minutes of waiting. We then see another party that came an hour after we came to go in before us. This was not okay, not acceptable we kindly let the staff know that we have been skipped plenty of times and have been waiting since 9, the manager comes over and tells us to wait and then looks for a table and says the next table is ours. The issue that needs to be addressed and resolved at the front where the staff is giving time slot tables away to upset customers and then pushing the next guest farther down the line. We witness this happen time and time again all night. The flow was completely off the software needs to be implemented directly either on the open table or on yelp or any other waiting list app to show direct proof of where you are at in the line and the estimated time to when you can eat next. “Favoritism” or friend hookups was very evident and many people just flat walked out because they didn't want to wait. That is the issue with this restaurant right there from the start. Next moving over to the food this was quite possibly such a disappointment the bread is okay, not terrible unknown sauce so if you have allergens do not touch. The shellfish platter we ordered was some of the worst raw fish I have ever put in my mouth very sad and disappointed in this. I hate giving bad reviews because I know what it does to the business, but in all honesty there just are things that need to be fixed. THE BATHROOM LOOKED LIKE A HORROR SCENE.

Ways to make this better to the business manager and STK very simple training fix.

Business 1)Fix the front desk they play favorites whoever they kinda feel like seating first is who they sit. They are all nice but in a very non-professional way.

If you do go there No names all 4 blondes in the front were working Saturday, Jan 29th so if you see them be as nice as try to talk to them a bit about how's your day, etc get on the good side and you will randomly skip 30 people. Annoying hopefully this never happens again.

  1. The bartenders need training like mixology training a guest should never receive a drink that looks like it came from a coca mixer machine.

If you do go through their steps Order a drink that is very very commonly ordered nothing out of the ordinary ad nothing over specific.

  1. THE BATHROOM NEEEEEEEDDSSSSS TO BE FIXED IT IS NOT OKAY IN THERE

If you do go there Do not go to the bathroom wait and go somewhere else unless you...

My husband and I recently had a date night at STK. It was a wonderful experience, start to finish. We were seated promptly at our reservation time by our host Jared. He was friendly, asking us how we are. They have indoor, outdoor, bar, upstairs and roof seating. The sculptures, wall art and paintings were very engaging and nostalgic with some neon signs. We were sat by the horn wall, haha, I had to ask what it was, because it was so unusual.

We had Lauren as our server, she was so nice and very helpful with the menu. They have no frozen drinks, but their Margarita was really good. We got complimentary bread with a bleu cheese butter to start. It was a warm, tangy treat before dinner. We started with Lil Brgs Waygu beef sliders and Jalapeño prawn shrimp cocktail. Oh my goodness, as delicious as the sliders were, the shrimp cocktail was the best I've had in my life! The prawns were huge, succulent and sweet. I still want to go back just for that. Lauren was great keeping our drinks refilled too.

We then had the N.Y. Strip with Asparagus and Mac & Cheese. The steaks were seasoned well and cooked to our preference. The Mac & cheese was incredible and had several different cheeses. It was so creamy and yummy, my husband's favorite (besides the steak). The Manager Gordon, stopped by to say Hi, and check on how our meal was so far. He was very friendly, chatted with us and came over again before we left.

For dessert we had Bag O' Donuts and Apple Pie. Scrumptious. The donuts came with three dipping sauces, chocolate (sorry, tasted like Hersheys), caramel and raspberry (our favorite). The apple pie had a wonderful cinnamon topping and a buttery, flaky crust. The whole meal was delicious.

As we were leaving they have a large STK flower wall. I was trying to get a selfie of my husband and I, when a host, Kendall offered to take a picture for us. She was very sweet to do so. Our whole experience was delightful and we will definitely be back again to try some of the other menu options and maybe the outside seating next time. I highly recommend you...

Nestled by the scenic Scottsdale waterfront, STK Steakhouse offers a dining experience that's as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate. The interior, a striking blend of black, white, and vibrant neon, sets a modern and stylish tone. This is complemented by large, captivating paintings that adorn the walls, adding an artistic flair to the ambiance.

The service at STK is a standout, thanks to staff like Brandi, our waitress. Her impressive knowledge of the menu, coupled with her charming personality, made our dining experience exceptionally pleasant. It's not every day you find staff so dedicated that you feel confident enough to order based solely on their recommendation. Similarly, Gordon, the General Manager, brings an engaging personality to the table. His hands-on approach in assisting the staff while managing the establishment is commendable and adds a personal touch to the service.

The culinary journey at STK is a mix of highs and lows. Their special Steak Night menu, priced at $69, is a value not to be missed. The Caesar salad starter was average, but the jumbo shrimp, accompanied by a perfectly balanced cocktail sauce, was a highlight. The main course, a 6oz filet with asparagus, was a delight. The steak was cooked flawlessly to order, and the asparagus, seasoned with sea salt and finished with a hint of lemon, was simply superb. While the Mac and cheese and whipped potatoes were decent, they didn't quite stand out in comparison.

A noteworthy aspect of our experience was the response to an issue my friend encountered with his steak. The customer service shone brightly when his steak, which was unexpectedly full of gristle, was promptly replaced with a perfect one, accompanied by sincere apologies. This level of attention to customer satisfaction is praiseworthy.

Overall, STK Steakhouse in Scottsdale, AZ, offers an enjoyable dining experience. It's a place where the ambience, the quality of service, and the culinary offerings come together to create memorable moments, especially when shared...
