Clean spa, good massage and decent people.

However, I was overcharged and was told that I would be contacted in 2 days. I went 10 days with no contact from the spa manager or accounting department as promised. On the 11th day I was finally contacted after reaching out on the 10th day. It would have been radio silence if I had not reached since they didn't follow through with their promise of contacting me within 2 days. Once they finally contacted me, they told me that the additional charge was for Prosecco. I didn't even want Prosecco. They handed it to all of us when we got in. They never said there would be a charge for it. Then charged ME for the drinks of 4 people. It's definitely frustrating to say the least. They totally scammed me. I never received an itemized receipt or consented to purchasing Prosecco for myself let alone 3 other people. Even though the massage was fine, I wouldn't suggest going here because of this situation. Stay...

The staff are WONDERFUL! Beautiful soles. I went in for a 50min massage with add-on of hot rocks. This was a gift for my birthday. It was presented in the form of a Groupon gift certificate. When I was done and checking out I was told there was a $40 service charge... (For what??) Plus tip $40. This gift winded up costing me $80. Oh yeah a $5 tip for the valet too. I got home and organized my $$ and realized I only tipped $20 as the other $20 fell to the bottom of my purse. Opps, but $200 for a 50min massage is absolutely 💯 % outrageous 😳. I've had several massages and this one was just as good as the others I've had for $40/$60 +tip. (Yes in Scottsdale). Three stars are for the price. While staying at the W my sister and I each got a massage here. I love the facility. Loved the robe and slippers. A few things they could improve on is my sister was told the slippers were hers to keep if she wanted but my masseuse did not tell me that. Also, I paid for a 50-minute massage and only got 40-minutes, although she was very good. I took a shower in the facility afterwards and they had some nice items that you could have along with some treats before you left. Paying at the end took over 10 minutes which I thought was a little odd. I'm not sure if the gentleman was new or the system was slow.
