Squeeze Massage - Scottsdale — Local services in Scottsdale

I have been going to Squeeze regularly for about 2 years now. I had some back issues (now 6 surgeries behind me) - and I could not have made it through without the help of my two favorite squeeze massage therapist Hayden and more recently Torrey. I started with Hayden and he was able to get me through so many days of sciatic nerve pain leading up to the days of surgeries. After my surgeries, Hayden was essential in my healing and helped me so much as my body finally released its death-grip of pain on me. I have lately been having weekly sessions with Torrey as Hayden's schedule has changed. Torrey is a master at finding areas of pain and relieving it. I say he has a "GPS" ability to find my pain. I LOVE the Squeeze facility, it is so clean and professional - as well the checkout and scheduling process is a breeze. They have memberships for discounts - but unlike other places you can cancel or pause RIGHT FROM THE APP. You don't have to call "corporate HQ" like some places and jump through hoops. There are no tricky contracts required X amount of days notice - you do it all through the app or with the receptionist and the charges stop immediately if you need to take a break for any reason. Me and my husband had our first massages today at Squeeze. Overall good massage place I would only say that my biggest issue was that beforehand online we chose our preferences yet still had to go over them in person and they had us pick areas for head and face and none of that was done. We both got an 80 minute massage and they basically stop the time from the moment your massage appointment is not when they actually start the massage so we lost time we paid for and not getting my head massaged was a big let down as that's something every other massage place has done and I asked for extra time there. The ladies that gave our massages were nice and focused on working out our areas that were tense or tight. Other than the picking your music from their 6 choices and the button light at the bottom to call them in there wasn't a big difference to me this place vs others I've been to. But overall it was still pleasant and we liked the massage...

I had a monthly membership to elements massage for years and massage envy before that. I get a massage on average twice per month. I decided to try squeeze after my therapist cancelled on me last minute and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience all around. I'm breaking up with elements just for experience alone even though I have to drive 25 minutes (totally worth it!). The aromatherapy that's included, the relaxing feel of the waiting room space, the modern look of the entire place (love the branding; from a marketing girlie!), the tea available before and after your appointment, the music choices during your session, the easy app experience, the dry shampoo in the bathroom post massage...I could go on! The actual massage itself was also fantastic and I can't wait to book my next one!
