My wife took her wedding ring in to the store on March 2nd to be repaired because one of the prongs on the diamond broke. She gave all of my information because I was the one that purchased the ring and the sales woman Reina took the ring and said it would be 3-4 weeks for the repair. We waited 3 weeks and when my wife called about the status of the repair she was told they hadn’t done anything to it because the wedding band was purchased from somewhere else and they needed permission to work on the ring. This was on 3/21 and I was told it was going to be another 2-3 weeks. We were in Scottsdale on the weekend of 4/13 and visited the showroom to get status of the repair rather than email or call on the phone. We walked in and were approached by Megan Small, we asked about the repair which she said it should be done soon and my wife asked about an upgrade and a credit application and she said she would email it to me. When said we weren’t ready to purchase that day we were brushed off and she began helping another “white” couple. A week later I was emailed yet again about an upgrade but I told the sales person about our experience and the discrimination we received I got a response from Megan Small again. I told her I just want my ring back after she tried to apologize about our pervious visit. Now today 4/24 she emails me and tells me that production hasn’t done anything to my ring because it was on hold! We are now going on 8 weeks without my merchandise and god knows when it will be here! If I could give negative start I would, needless to say don’t shop here especially if your of...
Read moreI walked into my local mall in Northern California and happened to meet Megan Small. This was not her usual location. I was just looking around as I had already picked out my ring online and wanted to talk with someone. From the very beginning Megan was awesome. I was getting a ring after I lost the diamond to my first wedding ring. She was professional and very helpful. She set up a couple different choices for diamonds in the setting that I wanted. I wasn't ready to buy it at that moment. We kept in contact via email and she let me know that the sale was coming close to an end. I reached out again and was ready to purchase the ring. I appreciate her willingness to keep in contact even though I wasn't ready to buy the ring at the moment we met. She knew what I wanted. Megan thank you for helping with my 35th anniversary ring. I am super excited to...
Read morePrice may have initially caught my interest, but it was the tremendous service once in the store that had me buying. Not only did Megan really come through with her expert knowledge of diamonds, but her patience with us and the way she was able to really tell us the pros and cons of all of the ones we were considering is what really won us over. We ended up going with a brilliant lab center stone that is just north of two carrots. It didn’t come without a few challenges along the way though, first something happened with the order having to do with the band we really wanted, and ended up getting, and then lastly there was some shipping delay, but she was always sure to call and email us, keeping us in the loop at every point. I’ve not had happen in other similar situations, so I’d say the ongoing customer service is what’s going to keep us coming...
