Horrible customer service by the manager Jade! My 16 year old daughter was gifted a size 7 ring and wanted to size down to wear on her ring finger. She took it into the Chandler location and was told they were out of stock at their store in a size 6, but she could exchange it at another location that did have it in stock. She then went into the Scottsdale mall location (Pandora ste 1012) where they refused to exchange it because it was “close to the 30 days”, “not as shiny as the ring in the store” and in the managers words “I don’t know how long you’ve had it”. I was waiting in the car for her, but when she told me what the manager said, I went into the store with her asking for further explanation. My daughter had the packaging slip which stated the Order date of 8/27 and the date we were in the store was 9/23. The implication from the manager that my daughter was “trying to pull something over on her” by making the remark that she didn’t know how long she had it, is what bothered me the most, but she was still informed that the ring had only been gifted to her a few days prior to our visit into the store. The managers response to this information was another implication as she said “I have no way of knowing if that is true or not”. I moved on to question her on saying the ring was not as shiny. I asked her if she could clean the ring, she said she would, but let me know even after that she would still refuse to do the exchange. After she cleaned it I asked her to compare it to a ring in the case, but instead she pulled out a completely different ring with different luster. The store manager was pretty immediately defensive when I came into the store with questions on why she was refusing service and on the return policy which I was reading on the back of the package slip. She continued to make erroneous comments towards me and acted as if I was being aggressive or angry with her when I was simply asking her to do her job and explain why she was refusing the exchange that was within 30 days with a receipt and in perfect condition. All this being said; me and my daughter are African American women. The implication the manager made to my daughter when she was alone is what had me go back into the store and ask more questions. My presence clearly came as a surprise to her and the lack of customer service accompanied by the manager pretending I was being aggressive when I was not all points to the obvious! Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would, 0/10 customer service I’ve been treated better at Desert Sky mall, employees didn’t want to do their job assisting customers and seemed annoyed when asked to see a charm. My friends and I went in to get matching charms and all the associates quickly scattered to the back where the registers are, my friend was somehow able to grab the attention of one of the workers and when asked questions about a certain charm her lack of knowledge and ignorance to help my friend quickly showed. After my friend purchased a charm all the workers ran to the back room laughing while looking at us. The unprofessionalism from management hiring unqualified retail workers is truly upsetting. We had seen a sign that said certain items were on sale, we asked a different associate with glasses what specific items were on sales, she very lazily said “I don’t know but the website tells you what’s on sale”. People go in store to avoid shopping online, why would someone bother driving to a store just for the associate that was hired to “assist” and “provide a better shopping experience” not want to do their job? Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. The workers appeared unqualified and were unable to assist me with basic inquiries about the products. Their lack of knowledge and poor attitude made for a very frustrating shopping experience. Read moreIf you came here check your receipt if you had a salesperson name Cecilee M. Came in to look at some charms and she ended up “helping” us had an attitude but it was whatever. I ended up getting 3 charms and before I went to pay for it I had looked at a different casing so she was holding onto them for me. When I went back to tell her that I’ll just take those 3 she told me the price was $230 and after I paid she started telling me about pandora care that it comes with 1 year of replacement or whatever, I asked her if that is for every single one of the ones I had previously purchased because this is the first time I’m hearing of this. I’m thinking it’s included in every purchase. She also never asked me if I wanted a printed receipt or emailed receipt, she automatically just emailed it to me. I have quite a lot of charms and every pandora store I go to usually ask. So after I left the store I checked my email and waited for my receipt and there I see that she added on pandora care. I came back in to ask her about it and she’s telling me “yeah that’s what I was telling you about” yeah after the fact you added it on without telling me and charged me for it.
