After the experience I had at this store I would give it 0 stars if possible. This review is not for the brand but for this specific store and the people working there. I bought pants from here and they offer hemming service so I left them at the store with a receipt that the hemming will be done in two days and I could pick them up. I went back after almost a week to pick them up and after spending half an hour in the store they told me they can’t find the pants. I had asked them specifically while buying the pants if I need to call before I come for pick up and they said you can just come back in two days. As I waited patiently for them to find my pants, there was no communication from the assistant store manager about what’s going on and whether they are looking for my pants or looking for a replacement. Finally after I asked them what’s going on the assistant store manager first started arguing with me that the pants were already the right size and didn’t need to be hemmed and then started convincing me to buy a different pair of paints ( different style and size) because they couldn’t find the one I paid for or another one in the same style with my size. What made this entire inconvenient experience even worse was when I told them I don’t want to buy different pants and would rather get what I paid for, the staff started getting defensive saying it’s not their fault that they can’t find my pants, DID NOT APOLOGIZE EVEN ONCE, and instead started talking rudely saying “so what do you want to do?”
When you are paying so much for clothes at such a renowned brand this is not the type of customer service experience you expect, let alone the rude behavior and the lack of empathy from the staff for putting you through a hassle.
I hope that their manager looks into the horrible customer service being provided at this store by the employees and teaches them to at least own up to their mistakes UNTIL THEM I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO BUT ONLINE AND AVOID GOING TO THE STORE TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE INCONVENIENCE AND THE...

Went into a fitting room and tried in 2 different sizes (which I picked out because no one came up to me and asked if I needed help or what I was looking for) keep in mind plenty of workers available! I go into a fitting room I’m really unsure of what size I should get I love them both so I go back and fourth between trying them on while the whole time I’m doing this the workers are checking on EVERONE else but me! So at this point I’m upset so I sit him her for 10 mins waiting to see if someone will see if I’m doing okay. Nothing! The reason why I came in was so I could find a similar pair to what I already have but lulu decided that they should stop making low rise and really only carry a high rise but that’s a different story! So I continue to sit in this fitting room and still nothing while I continue to hear everyone else getting help. So I decide to go on my phone and order a low rise in the only pair that was left online! There is really only one left on the site. A total of 30-35 mins goes by and no one has checked on me... there is a line for the fitting room and everyone else around me is getting checked on but no 30-35 min in a fitting room and that’s still doesn’t tell you I need help! Get ur stuff together workers! I was so disappointed. Even when I went to the check out counter to ask the workers to throw away something for me it took them a good min to relize I was there! Read moreI can’t rave enough about this Lululemon store. I took my Wunder Trains to the Flagstaff store to get them hemmed, their seamstress truly butchered them (poorly matched thread, uneven stitching). When I picked them up one of the Flagstaff employees told me about how wonderful the Scottsdale Lululemon seamstress is so last weekend I drove here to drop the butchered WTs off to be fixed along with two other pairs I was afraid to leave at the Flagstaff store. I can’t tell you how wonderful Mason (I hope this is the correct spelling) was! Not only she assured me the botched seams will be redone but she also promised me they will all be mailed back to Flagstaff so I don’t have to drive 2.5 hours to pick them up. I honestly would have been fine driving back to pick them up but I agreed to have them mailed back…. Sure enough FedEx dropped off my package with the hemmed tights today and they are freaking perfect!! Straight stitching at the correct hem width and with matching threads.
