This family-owned jewelry store is truly a gem! Silver Kiva has a beautifully curated selection of stunning and unique pieces at very reasonable prices. The owner Nasser and his son were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, fun and extremely helpful! I was in the store looking for earrings and they were patient and provided great information about the pieces, as well as, honest opinions about the best value and look for me. It is clear that they take pride in their products and strive to provide the best experience for their customers.

I purchased four pairs of gorgeous earrings and each pair is truly exceptional. During my trip I accidentally chipped a stone on a pair of my newly purchased turquoise earrings. Nasser was incredible; he not only fixed the earring for me, but also shipped it to my home. I was truly impressed by his integrity and amazing service. I have fallen in love with Silver Kiva since I visited the area in a few years ago. I happened upon this little shop one day while walking and I have some beautiful pieces of jewelry from them. I always get compliments. Farrah waited on me and was so extremely helpful. One stone that I needed to complete my set was not available when I was there and a YEAR later, I received a text from her, with pictures, showing me the new stones that had arrived - I finally completed my set! Honestly, I didn't think they remembered, but she was very aware of what my stone looked like and matched it up perfectly! The staff were helpful and kind and very knowledgeable. Nassir always remembers what pieces he sold me and that I love feathers too. He has always been professional and not pushy. His son is very knowledgeable and is also very professional.
