I can not say enough about Old Town Jewels. My Dad and I live across the country in another state and Denise and the silversmiths helped make our dream a reality for what we wanted to do for my mom for Christmas. We had a piece of her favorite jewelry piece from years ago (a Begay turquoise watch). It had since broken and all she had was a piece that she has held onto but never could find anyone to repair/create a new piece. We have asked local high end jewelers to take on the project but the only turquoise they had looked almost like fake plastic beads with no character. So happy I found this place! I came to Phoenix to visit family for thanksgiving and heard there was native jewelry repair in Scottsdale. The old reliable google machine took me here and let me tell ya, they deserve all of these positive reviews! I brought two native rings in and they fixed them both (stone replacement, added extra adhesive, polished them to a shine) for only $55 total! On top of that, they were able to fix them same day which I surely appreciated because I was leaving back to LA the next day. Their costumer service is unparalleled.

A few years ago I sent a bracelet to Old Town for repairs. The repair work was flawless. I then ordered a new turquoise bracelet for my wife. When we received it, it was even more beautiful than the web site picture. Recently, my treasured turquoise Thunderbird ring went missing at TSA in Atlanta Airport. I asked Old Town if they could make a custom ring to replace my lost one. I sent a blurry picture and a sketch of what I would like them to make.
