They were supposed to have someone on the Wall Street gate from 3 - 7 pm but I was there at 3:05 pm and had to called twice and the employee on the intercom said for me to backup. I couldn't as there were already 8 cars behind me so I had to pull to the side. The person after me got the same problem as we exited with her validated ticket and they sent an attendee down and she was able to exit but I had to wait for over 10 cars to passed and the attendee cut me off twice as I told him how long it took for me to wait there and then made me back up my car and drive up to level 4 gate. They were supposed to have an attendee from 3-7 pm on Wall street gate but there was no one there! Then the attendee upstairs wanted to charge me but the other person didn't get charge because she waited a long time. I had to wait before her for at least 5 - 10 minutes! I was stuck in that parking garage for 40 minutes and by the time I got out, I hit rush hour. Another person earlier exited complaint to the attendee that it was the three times he had to wait this week. If your parking garage know you have a problem with your system and staffing situation, then it is something to fix. This was the worst parking garage experience for me and he didn't even apologize to me for the wait but apologize to all the other people exiting who came after me. If you are going to charge people, don't make us wait to exit. By far, my worst parking garage experience. I should not have to wait 40 minutes with a validated ticket to be told I need to pay while someone who came after me gets to leave without paying when she had to wait. If I had paid and waste more of my time, I would file a complaint because no one should have to experience that...

Parked here yesterday around noon on a Friday to visit Pike's Place and the location worked great for us since we wanted to avoid the crowded parking garage of Pike's Place. The female attendant at the Elliott Ave entrance was extremely helpful, friendly, and let us know were we could park (thank you!). We exited through the Wall St gate in the afternoon and gave our ticket to another female attendant that also greeted us with smiles, had a cheerful demeanor and made our exiting process easy and quick. DO NOT PARK HERE, the attendant was incompetent to the point that it seemed like a scam. We entered the garage at 7:15pm and received a blue ticket. We exited the garage at 10pm. Instead of inserting the ticket into a machine, an attendant took our ticket and asked what time we drove in. We told him 7:15, and he charged us for 12 hours of parking instead of 3. He did not seem to understand us when we explained that we entered the garage at 7:15 PM, not AM, and simply gave us his manager’s phone number.
