This is a fantastic observation deck with beautiful views. I went here while visiting Seattle and was immensely satisfied with my experience. This observation deck is located on top of Pier 66 and is accessible via an elevator from street level. The observation deck is huge and has several benches, but there were only two other people here besides myself. This observation deck has exquisite views of the entire downtown Seattle skyline, West Seattle, and the maintains behind Bainbridge Island. After admiring this observation deck’s awe inspiring views, I left, satisfied with my experience.
