I’ve been going to this nail salon for a year and a half now. I’ve been a happy customer until my last two visits. My 2nd to last visit was ok. The shape wasn’t what I asked for and the chrome color wasn’t sealed properly so it rubbed off within a week but the over all look of the nails was neat and even on both sides and the guy was very nice. This time I came in with one of my hands filed just the way I liked them and I had a reference photo of exactly what I wanted to the T. The girl started filing my other hand without comparing both hands they came out noticeably different. When I mentioned the difference, she tried to tell me they were the same length just slightly different shape…my family and friends were easily able to point out the difference when I asked them afterwards. I asked for white and metallic (once again, just like the photo) and she did a pink base with regular silver polish. When I told her I wanted metallic and even showed her the color I had before and told her it was achieved with a powder she told me they didn’t have that color. (I had that color done there two weeks prior). She then told me it was chrome which I didn’t know the technical name but that’s exactly what was shown in the reference photo I showed her so I’m not sure where the confusion was. She forgot to put the white color on three of my nails until I said something and over all seemed annoyed that I was asking her to give me what was on the reference photo. I was disappointed with my experience. Im rating 3 instead of less because it’s easy to make an appointment and quick to get in. Over all the majority of the workers there are very nice. Edit: (response to owner) I understand that two hands might look different but the nails on the one hand she filed are inconsistent and unfortunate my coworkers pointed...

I went in for a simple French Manicure & Pedicure on Sunday afternoon. The spa wasn’t terribly busy and I was escorted to a massage chair and pedicure basin after a short wait. The service began and all seemed to be going according to plan. While one technician finished my pedicure another offered me a war bottle of water & began my manicure. When the first technician was nearing the “finish” of my pedicure she pulled out a used four way buffer instead of polish and I assumed the technician doing my manicure would also be polishing my toes. This is where my experience took a turn. When the technician doing my manicure pulled out a different used four way buffer I mentioned again that I wanted a French manicure and pedicure and to my shock she didn’t apologize or attempt to offer me polish of any kind. She then proceeded to “not understand” what I was saying and asked 2 other people what I meant while waking me to the door. This caused a third technician to blurt out “did you want polish today?” All while the technician who finished my manicure collected my payment and disappeared. I left with unpolished and unbuffed nails and toes for $60 plus a $10 tip. I have never had a more disappointing service and should have asked for a refund. I would have given one star but the massage...

The first time I went here I went with my boyfriend we had booked appointment online a head of time. They told us we would have to wait a little as they where busy we waited 20 min before my boyfriend got sat then they sat me after I was half way done with getting my acyclic nails done before they started on him. They finished my nails and I pointed out that one was crooked they filed it but it was still pretty crooked I wrote it off and paid. It was $80 including the tip for me and $40 for my boyfriend pedicure which didn’t include polish. I decided to give them another shot after the bad experience and went back for my acrylic mail fill. I got glittery pink nails which I really like the only issue is I left with one nail way longer then the others and with in two weeks of getting my fill have had both thumb nails clean pop off which has never happened to me.

Pretty in different to them just disappointed and wish I loved this place.

I have had three more acrylics fall off since my first post this has never happened...
