I work in a field where where 24/7 staffing is vital to the community and safety of our building. As a manager, finding coverage for short notice, last minute call-outs, weekend and overnight shifts can be extremely challenging. If you are a manager responsible for staffing coverage, you know how disheartening, time consuming and stressful this can be...especially when you yourself are trying to take your well deserved day off and/or vacation.

Express Employment Professionals has been able to help fill all of the above coverage needs, plus coverage for planned vacations, etc...almost each and every time! Even when I think finding coverage is 'wishful thinking' and in my mind I am already making plans to cancel my vacation and/or day off to come in to cover the shift myself, they have been able to find coverage and I can go back to enjoying my day knowing the shift is covered.

I'm sure all of the office personnel at Express Employment Professionals are great, but Charles Mowrey (whom I communicate with the most) is absolutely wonderful! Not only is he professional and friendly, but he is super fast to respond to all staffing requests (often within just a couple of minutes) which is extremely helpful, especially in those short notice situations, and Charles always follows up on the talent they send, ensuring that they are meeting our needs.

Out of the 3 employment agencies we have used to help fill our staffing needs, Express Employment Professionals is now our "Go-To" source and since we began utilizing about 10 months ago (March, 2022), we haven't needed to utilize any other agency since this one has been able to meet all our needs.

Maybe I have a bit of a bias since I use to work at Express Employment Seattle back in 2018. However, during my transitioning to a new mission in life Express has been extremely helpful. My biggest shout out goes to Belle Imm, as she opened the door for me to work as Express' FOC/Recruiting Coordinator. I have seen first hand how hard Belle works every day, and how much she has done for Express. Her interactions with each associate and client has always been genuine and full of gusto.
