This review is not for this location as it was an online purchase but the item is no longer sold online so therefore could not leave review on item. However, I will NEVER be shopping at Urban Outfitters again. I do about 90% of my shopping online so dealing with returns is inevitable.
This company has the WORST customer service I have experienced my in my life. Rude, condescending, not transparent, and at no point would anyone connect me with a supervisor or manager. Save yourself the headache and do not do any online shopping from this company they are crap.
Sent me a defective/deformed product. They were not able to exchange or replace it as the product is no longer sold. Was told I would just be given a refund. AT NO POINT WAS I TOLD THE ITEM NEEDED TO BE SENT BACK NOR WAS I SENT A RETURN LABEL TO SEND THE ITEM BACK. TWO WEEKS later (after packaging had been disposed of) I get an email saying send the product back or your card will be recharged.
As ive said ive done many online returns and IF I am expected to send the damaged item back I am immediately sent a return label and told to do so. Further, I am not given a refund till the item has been received back.
MANY companies have said keep the damaged product we will send you a replacement, hence the reseaon it was very believable when I was refunded and never asked to return the item or sent a return shipping label. When I mentioned this to the customer service representative she acted like I had two heads.
The bottom line is you sent me an item that was grossly misrepresented in the photos online and you weren't able to replace it. Why you would need a damaged product back is beyond me? Are you going to try and sell it to someone else? Most importantly if you required the item back it should have been made very clear when I was offered the refund. Also, I should have immediately been sent a return label.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not come here unless you like staff being rude to you. Iāve never left a negative review before, ever, at least not until today.
I picked out 5 underwear from their 5 for $25 table, and went to the checkout. The white guy with long black hair and a blue jacket charged me $38, in which I corrected him politely, and he apologized and proceeded to charge me the right amount of $25. No big deal, mistakes happen.
What ISNT a mistake is when he started being blatantly aggressive towards me after one of the underwear I picked out didnāt qualify for the deal in their computer system. They told me to go and pick a new pair, at that point I was pretty confused. Why would it be on the 5 for $25 table if it wasnāt apart of the 5 for $25 deal⦠whatever, no big deal. I pick another pair and this time was met with straight up aggression. The guy said āIāve said it to you three times, this one doesnāt count for dealā, in the most child-like whine without apology. Excuse me?
Iām shocked because Iāve never been confronted with such odd and rude behavior from any worker before. If something is wrong within YOUR computer system, shouldnāt you be more apologetic or at least kind to the customer who has been nothing but understanding? I just left the register and walked out at that point. No point in purchasing from a store who enables child-like and immature workers to run...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not come here if you are anything other than very skinny and small. I'm not small but I was still so taken aback by the sizing, it was so small that another customer and her friend who was very petite said that the clothes were child sized. I think its pretty disturbing that their sizes run so small and are targeted to such a young audience when a lot of their clothing could be passed off as lingerie. They also sell grinders and weed oriented things when the target audience is teenagers (btw dont buy their grinders their cute but work terribly). I looked into why they dont offer bigger sizes and apparently its "not part of their aestetic". The dressing rooms were also so gross, and the doors didn't quit fit right so you had to slam them very hard. If you struggle with being over stimulated do not try the fitting room. The staff were also very unhelpful, while I had my arms full of clothes no one offered to put them in a fitting room for me or grab them. I work in retail so I know that's standard. The staff just unhelpfully hid behind the front desk or changing room desk chatting to each other instead of helping anyone. The only plus side to this store is their home decor, they had cute mugs and planters. They also had some really cute night lights and little frog and mushroom bags. Overall the experience...
