I have over 3,000 crystals for healing use and I will never turn my back on a crystal shop.

Mind you, I've been buying crystals before many of you were aware they were a "thing" so to see them so widely missed used, over priced and under valued due to lack of knowledge, is heartbreaking.

This store is indeed chalked full of eye candy, goodies, incense, tarot, journals, books, candles, wands and imported tibetan and fairy statues.

No doubt something to tickle every curious metaphysical, new age, "spiritual" tourist seeking validation. Please don't ever say these words. lol No, but seriously, don't.

Although the store beautiful and clean. I didn't feel like the Crystal Shoppe's back in the day. Again, crystals have been around all my life. The energy is dead. Employees lethargic and non engaging.

This should be impossible around vortexes and thousands for nearly vibrating crystals. But, they are working, like others with no connection to the meaningful work the provide of sharing tiny pieces of healing to the world.

Although, crystals alone will not heal you, they're enegries only assist with your intention work, breaking dedication and devotion to master your manifestations.

But, then I've only gained over a hundred ppl, sometimes using crystals and other with singing bowls. Im only in my 50's. So, I could be wrong that the mass marketing of crystals in a shop that no longer cares about your well being just "feels" a little wrong.

Not, one person lifted they're beads to say hello. There were at least 25 ppl in the building but they were all huddled behind the non-existent covid plastic barrier of a counter talking amongst themselves.

So, needless to say i didn't 450.00 on crystals at Crystal Vortex.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Sedona from Delaware which is on the east coast and we saw your store so we decided to check it out. Your products are amazing both in quality and in price. And we were lucky enough to have the incredible Mikayla help us out she was professional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We picked up a ring And a few sets of earrings and went about our way. While we were there my girlfriend saw a few other things at the store but she did not get them. So when we got back home to Delaware a few weeks later l called up your store ask for Mikayla and she remembered us and she also remembered all the stuff we were looking at. So I was able to order the things my girlfriend was interested in but didn't buy that day at the store all thanks to Mikayla!!! I called back twice for two different orders and Mikayla was able to help both times. I’m a local that has been visiting this shop frequently lately. I was on the hunt for a very special piece of jewelry to celebrate a milestone. The workers have been so kind, helpful and patient with me as I’ve asked to see many, many pieces from behind the glass. I can understand as a worker how it could be tedious to retrieve things for people and put things away but none of the workers made me feel bad and in fact went above and beyond to help me. It may sound silly to some but I love being able to visit and have reliably kind staff with positive attitudes. Staff are knowledgeable about crystals in a way that stands out from the other cold, sterile crystal shops in town. I love the atmosphere of this shop and sometimes go just to connect with the metaphysical and smell the incense. They have very unique items with a variety of price points allowing for a pleasant shopping experience. This is certainly my favorite crystal shop and one I know I can always...
