While staying at the Wyndham resort, we found ourselves in need of a quick lunch—and lucky for us, a vibrant food truck was parked just a mile down the road, ready to save the day. From the moment we walked up, the team inside the truck was incredibly friendly and helpful, happily guiding us through their mouthwatering menu.
We went with tostadas piled high with flavorful Tinga chicken and a perfectly seasoned taco al pastor. As we waited for our food to be made fresh to order, we were treated to a stunning view of the mountains just across the street. The delicious aroma of sizzling meats and warm spices made the wait even more exciting.
Even after a 5 minute ride back to our resort, the food held up beautifully—still warm, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. It was the ideal quick-stop meal: fast, friendly, and fantastically delicious.
