Isn't She Lovely — Local services in Sedona

My friend had a horrible experience here. As this place would seem to be a tourist attraction in Sedona especially with a catchy name with "Isn't she lovely" . It's the complete opposite, instead of being treated equally or "lovely" she was being treated unfairly and poorly because of her race. She purchased items from this store and instantly regretted it due to being insulted with accusations of stealing! I will never step foot in this store and I would certainly erge others to NOT support a business...

Ladies, do not shop here unless you would like to be insulted by staff. The absolutely nasty and offensive store clerk seems to make herself feel better about her size by insulting customers. Staff in a boutique should be helpful and complementary, not nasty and insulting to make themselves feel better about their size. OWNERS, you should fire the insulting and offensive women working on 12/28/21...

I love this store and Aileen the store manager was great. So helpful she helped pick out some clothes for me that I just love. I am from Canada went in the summer and again just a few days ago, Yes some can be a bit pricy but nice stuff. Looking forward to going back in late July...
