Very bad service , first one of the drivers in the street tell me that we can do the tours we our dogs ,he saw them and say is fine they are 9 and 14 pounds , I called Today the woman who I spoke tell Me that they dogs has to be in the carry on or with the mouth cover , I tell her what I spoke to the driver and she say is not right and tell her they should be Training the people better to provide the right information to the customers , She get really upset and disconnected the call . Very bad experience , terrible customer service , not good and right information for are furry babies . Bad recomendable. better people better place . Terrible. Make sure when you book , asked from everything. I hope your call don’t get disconnected ...
