Found a beautiful tall mirror that I was hoping to use for my wedding in a few weeks.. unfortunately it had a chip, so I went up to the registers, asked the man in blue if he was a manager and he said yes.. he came back to the mirror with me and said he’d offer $50 off and offered to bring it up to the front for me.. I said no as I was still thinking about. After staring at this mirror for 5 minutes I decided I had to have it. I was so excited bc it was exactly what I was looking for for my wedding and could afford. WELL I waited in line for 10 minutes holding this thing, get to the front and told the girl at the register that the guy that came to look at the mirror with me said he would give me $50 off. She looked at me like I was crazy and said no and that they usually offer 10% off. She then called the manager in the back after I just found out that the man left and couldn’t back me up. The manager in the back also looked at me like I was crazy or lying and said “he’s mistaken” WELL not my mistake. I was then upset after standing in line for ten minutes and everyone was staring at me, and the two women made me feel so little over a friggin mirror. Soooo won’t be going back there because f you I want my...
Read moreI’m actually sad to give this place a 1 Star since it’s been my go to place for years. I had my first real issue today and found management to be annoyed and unhelpful ( I think the same aggravated voice on the message system). Unfortunately I bought an item that had been written on with sharpie for some odd reason (the price and code were written with sharpie on suede- weird). Didn’t think anything of it, figured it’s on the back no can see and it must be dry right? Well I was using this as a throw for my new salon chairs and much to my disappointment the ink transferred on my brand new $500 chair. Hoping to implement a change with the “sharpie price tag policy”, I called so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The manager seemed annoyed and very short and Offered no apology or solution. I didn’t expect anything in return, except to help a future customer. I was given nothing short of an attitude, with her telling me they don’t write with sharpie on items. So here’s a pic, hope you...
Read moreI recently visited HomeGoods in Seekonk, MA, and the experience was a mixed bag. The highlight was undoubtedly their exceptional spice collection, boasting rare finds that elevated my culinary adventures. The kitchen section also stood out, offering a unique array of dinnerware and cutlery, making it a haven for cooking enthusiasts.
However, the same cannot be said for their living furniture; while the quality is decent, the prices are steep, and the styles lack the vibrancy one might expect. Disappointingly, the bedroom furniture and accessory selection was limited, leaving much to be desired in terms of variety and appeal.
The bathroom section, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations either. The offerings were underwhelming, lacking the impressive choices found in other areas of the store. Despite these shortcomings, HomeGoods in Seekonk remains a go-to destination for culinary connoisseurs, thanks to its stellar spice collection and distinctive...
