I called looking for a specific product that is difficult to find. Someone told me they had it over the phone and would put it aside for me. I drove from over 30 minutes away, and even longer back with traffic, on the night of a Halloween party I’m going to. The product was essential for my costume and I just feel frustrated that my time was wasted. I ended up having to purchase a “similar” but lower quality product and they didn’t even bother offering a discount after they asked “how did this one work out instead?” And I told them “not great.” All I got from the worker, who seemed to be management, was “sorrry bout that!! :)) it’ll get better, just turn your night around!” … great advice ….
