BOSS Outlet- Hanover — Local services in Severn

Boss is a quality brand, but aside from that there is no reason to shop here. Store was not busy yet there were a ton of messy clothes piles. Large boxes taking up floor space and being an eye sore. The worse part was the employees. 4 employees during a very slow period and none of them greeted me nor offered to assist me find sizes I was looking for. Just left the store. Was planning to use a small gift card to see if there was anything that caught my eye there. Decent stuff, sizing is limited and way overpriced for it to be considered an “outlet”.

Moreover, I walked past 3 sales associates and you’d think at least one would say hi, nope. Not one, bad customer service model.

Would not purchase from here or give them the liberties of receiving a sales commission from me.

Needed one suit and walked out with a few along with some nice shirts. Service was top notch!James was extremely helpful and patient as I fumbled thru multiple shirt and sport coat combinations to find the right look.
