Arundel Mills — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give a zero star I would! Today I took a morning walk with my family in the mall and decided to grab a slice of pizza with my 8yr old son. I stood in line to order 2 cheese pizza slices, after doing so a lady then ordered a pizza slice with peppers and sausages with breadsticks. I waited in the waiting area where the sign was for our order. Then I noticed the same guy that took my order already serving the lady that ordered after me with more stuff on her order. All I could ask myself at this point is how is her order ready before ours? How? I approached the server and asked very politely "Please explain to me how 2 cheese slice pizzas are not ready before her sausage, peppers pizza slice and breadsticks order?" He began to babble (inaudiable indian accent), another female grabs my food and puts it on the counter. I was so upset! I asked 3x for someone to explain to me why did this happen? No apology, nothing! At this point I leave refusing my order. On a side note I would like to point out I am a multi racial woman and my son is African American also that the lady/customer was a white woman. Let me just say I know how racisim/colorisim works. Sadly the man behind the counter was of indian decent, you would think he would not have treated me and my son this way but the sad truth is he did and had no reasonable explanation for why he did so even after I asked 3x for an answer/explanation in a very polite way. I can not say I will never purchase from Sabbaros again however I will not patronize the one at Arundle Mall. P.S...Can you imagine the talk I have to have...

Very rude and unprofessional employee at the cash register who said he was the manager. I believe his name was Hari. He was not only curt and rude to me but to the older gentleman in front of me. They gave my order to someone else so I had to wait some more for mine to come out the oven….and then for them to overcharge the extra grilled chicken and tell me that it’s what the system is ringing up despite the price being on the display as can be seen on the photo. Ridiculous! Will definitely not be getting anything from this chain again. They should at least put a sign saying “costs may have changed due to inflation” or whatever like other places do, but of course trying to be slick like other money hungry...

Horrible. 3 employees working and all 3 ignored us when we walked up to order. After we waited for for several minutes, one employee helped another customer who had just walked up and when I stated that we'd been standing there first, he ignored me. When we finally were helped, I wasn't asked if it was for there or to go and when I went to pay I asked for a side of sauce and was given an attitude. My food was taken out of the oven before it was heated properly and placed on a plate. I had to ask for a box and box my own food and wasn't offered a bag.
