Tonight between 7:15pm and 7:45pm me and my hubby came in to look for shoes for our toddler. It was late so we did not want to waste time looking around the store, hubby in a rush then asked a clerk if they sold toddler shoes, she responded with "well hello, how are you? How is your day?" ( the tone of her questions was sarcastic and begging for attention as to say you must acknowledge me first before I answer your question). My husband responded in a pleasant tone by saying " I'm well thank you" the clerk finally told us where the shoes were. We wanted to share this poor interaction because we both are well versed in customer service ( we are business owners). I would have to recommend a dose of customer service training. Had a large selection in shoes BUT the shoes I was going to purchase only had one pair in my sons size and there was only one shoe in the box, I tell an employee and he leaves me standing there, walks by me 3 times n says nothing. So I take it he can’t find the other shoe and no they don’t keep shoes in the back apparently. So I grab a different pair in the same size. Get home the size on the box was a 12 the shoes were 11.5! So I’m just disappointed all the way around...
