Kirkland's Home — Local services in Sevierville

Kirklands is one of my favorite stores to shop. I have always enjoyed coming in and the sales people have always been very carring. Yesterday at my visit to your store in Tanger Mall in Sevierville, TN the manager Brenda Roberts was so rude to the other employees that if it had been me I would have walked out! As a matter of fact I put my items back and left, I felt so bad for the girls and I was not the only one to hear her.I will still shop at your stores but maybe you should send her to school to learn not to insult people and maybe she will earn some respect instead of loseing good employees. As a business owner myself she would have been FIRED...

I have never seen a Kirkland’s like this location! I’m not sure if it was truck day or what but there was BOXES EVERYWHERE, boxes in isles, boxes used as fixtures, items stacked on boxes to purchase, candle boxes under the candle table it was so unorganized. I was there at 2pm in the afternoon, and I wasn’t greeted at all. Not that I should be but, every Kirkland’s I walk into always greets they’re customers. I walked passed about 7 staff members and not one of them said hello, or told me any deals…. This store doesn’t represent what...

I always check this store out when I am in the area. So yesterday I was greated at the door by a friendly employee that said " Happy that you came in!" I was told about their specials and if I needed anything or help to please let her or any other employee know. Later this same lady followed up with " Are you doing O.K.?" She followed up by telling me about other deals in the store. At the check out the cashier was just as nice and friendly. Wonderful...
