Emo was cool the first appointment every appointment after that he was late. Told me he overslept and then told me to reschedule for that evening. I had to leave work early miss out on money to get there after coming there that morning already. DO you think he took something off the cut ?? NO. the next time he was late again and I Told him about it and he didn't care. Dude just isn't professional nor are the men in the shop. Manager walked by and told him you're doing a great job naw my guy he's been late. Black people have go to do better because I came to him more than once with my concerns he never addressed them he was passive and my hair which I don't even get a full haircut was $40 and I never paid him on the tip. So I've gotten my hair cut here twice. Both times, the visits were pleasant. Today I just went in to see about getting my haircut. And immediately I hear one of the barbers talking about people not wanting to pay to get their haircut and so on and so forth. Then the other barber was tripping about me being a walk in.

Mind you the shop just as empty as it wanted to be.

I'm around the corner now at a much nicer shop about to get a cut and wash. So when folks start talking about why blacks don't support black business this the reason why. Your customer service was subpar. I shouldn't have to beg to get a basic...

I’ve been gettin my haircut at Heads R Us for the past 4-5 years. During this time I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The barbers are all personable, cool, and engaging. Heads R Us provides great service and customer service to their clientele. Ken does excellent work as well as all the other barbers.
