Very terrible customer service they were awful , we spent more then an hour waiting for them to give the right size of the shoes, I had chooses two models and asked a guy to get me the correct size some minutes later it was another girl who got me the wrong size then from their it was an accumulation of bringing us bad sizes then another girl come to take care of us she got me another model (told you it was awful) then after like one hour the FIRST guy who was still their told the girl give me the shoes iam going to bring them then in like 2 min he gave me the correct size I swear now i starting thinking that they were racist my mother was wearing a hijab so they just treated us like this . They are so incompetent and disorganized and not gentle at all the only member from the staff who was very NICE was the one I found in the dressing room she is so sweet that she needs a rise for doing her job so good and with a smile , not like the other one who were so bad and very ungrateful you need to know like in the end we spent 134 dollars it’s not even like we weren’t going to buy . Read moreI often wonder how this place has remained in business. There are some nice brands but usually their least popular lines. Then they a few brands that make Urban Outfitters- the sale stuff (iykyk) look like good quality. I went ahead and asked for my receipt emailed and printed as one should. They usually email regardless. Went to make the return without the printout thinking I have the email so I should be fine. Turns out I didn’t have the email, meaning either I made a mistake and didn’t ask for it emailed or they forgot to email it. I checked with my wife and we were both certain I asked for it emailed. Their manager who was likely 21 took no responsibility for not emailing me the receipt and told me they need the physical receipt anyway. I pulled up an old email of mine and saw that an exact copy of receipts are sent to your email when you make the purchase. I guess he forgot or didn’t know either way how does one become a manager of a store and not know this (rhetorical). Also, I found a skateboard here for $70 that TJ Max sold for $20 and not because there was damage- there was no damage, in fact, they at least 3 of them all in good condition.
