American Eagle — Local services in South Burlington

I regret to say that the customer service at American Eagle Outfitters left much to be desired. The staff was unaccommodating and lacked the friendliness you'd expect from an American Eagle. I felt overlooked as they failed to acknowledge my presence, and the cash register attendant seemed indifferent, offering little help.

The store organization was equally disappointing - the jeans were in complete disarray with sizes jumbled out of order. It's unfortunate that this is the sole American Eagle outlet in the area, leaving local shoppers with limited options.

For those who don't reside here and are traveling through, I'd strongly recommend skipping this location and waiting to shop at another store. Alternatively, consider shopping online for a more pleasant experience and a wider selection. This will save you the frustration of dealing with this store's subpar service and...

The employees were Great. Very friendly. As soon as walked in they were asking if i needed help. Smiling and happy , which you don't see alot these days.
