They really need a more versatile collection. They'll have like 2-3 brands in every style, and 0 of other brands.
Update 11/25 : changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. I went in twice last week. The first time the store was a mess, the cashier told me she had sold 2 left shoes to several people, there were brands on display and none in boxes, they didn't have any shoe in size 9, the clerk said come back a few days later and when I did the manager was flat out rude because she had "300 boxes in the back that need to get sorted" and told me to buy shoes online instead. Which I did. I won't be shopping at this location again. If you can't hire and train staff, close down. I saw 4 different staff members walking around, or sitting at the counter.    Read moreI purchased a pair of shoelaces from the Shoe Department for a pair of dress shoes. The laces frayed and broke within a month (of regular wear). When I went in to talk to them, the employee I spoke with was very rude and told me I should "learn to keep my receipts." She reluctantly gave me another pair of shoelaces. She had quite an attitude and did not want to give me her name; told me it was Brenda.    Read moreFirst time here, they seem to really have their stuff together. Shelves are obviously being stocked regularly, staff is friendly and attentive, they offer help without being too pushy. Robert helped me and my fiancée both order shoes to be shipped to our house because our sizes were out of stock. The shoes were on sale and the sale price was honored even for delivery. The staff were very friendly with each other as well, seems like a healthy work environment. This will definitely be the place I go for shoes from now on! Did I mention their awesome...
