DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! I went in to get a stainless steel bracelet resized and while I was there I thought why not fix my gold bracelet as well. I asked to get an inch and a half off of the stainless steel bracelet and Ryan (who ever the older guy is that works there) jumped in and took over saying 4 links would be best. Since he is the jeweler I trusted him thinking that was gonna be what I asked for but in the end it wasn’t and the soldering job was done poorly as well. My gold bracelet was done completely different too. I took both back in to get redone and fixed and got a call the next day saying what I said was done wrong was actually done right. Ryan proceeded to tell me he was right and guilt trip me; putting words in my mouth. He told me I agreed to the 4 links being taken off when I specifically said an inch and a half. He also told me that my gold bracelet was done correctly and he should know since HE’S the jeweler. In the end I had to pay an additional 15 dollars to get more of the bracelet taken off when it should have been done in the first place and the soldering job is still done terribly. I didn’t even bother with the gold bracelet. He was rude and had terrible customer service. My only non complaint was the girl that helped me when I took the bracelets back in. Don’t waste...

Run far far away from Ryan’s Diamonds..bought my ring here 5 years ago. My ring has had diamonds fall out over 10 times. I have always had Ryan’s fix it, just for more to fall out. When speaking to Ryan this summer he suggested retipping my ring and doing some other small fixes, and renewing my warranty for my ring. I do so with a trusting heart. 2-3 months later 2 more diamonds fall out. Ryan fixes them and a week after getting my ring, another falls out. I have been trying to get ahold of Ryan for the last month to discuss why this has happened since paying so much to fix everything this summer. He won’t return my calls. I have called every location and left my name and number for him to return my calls. It makes me wonder if he ever did what he said he fixed this summer. When speaking to his associates, they say that Ryan knows I want him to call me back, but he says to just mail my ring in (I live in Arizona). I refuse to do so. I have been nice, I have tried to give him a chance to make this right and now I’m just done with them. I want everyone who is looking for a long term jeweler, to not trust this place. Super disappointed with their communication and customer service. Things were great for my initial purchase but when I returned for help with sizing things were not explained well AT ALL, even when I asked multiple questions. I went in to get my ring resized because I needed it a bit smaller. I was nervous on making sure I got it right when going through the sizing at the store. I was told, “if it doesn’t fit just come back and we’ll resize it again so it fits” like it was no big deal. They didn’t mention I would have to pay again to get it to actually fit. I got my ring back and it is much too small so I went to talk to them and see if they could make it bigger and was told I would need to pay again. I tried on the examples they have to help you choose sizing and the size on their store still fit me but my ring did not. So it was obvious something was messed up on their end but they just kept telling me I would have to pay again. Even the other lady in the store said this seemed pretty shady. I have tried to talk to someone and left my number for a call back but have not heard from anyone. It is not about the money but about they communicated and treated me. Super...
