All the Vendors serve similar menus so i wanted to see who made the best Birria Tacos here at this food trailer park. I found the blue truck had the most tender Birria meat. The beans had a little too much pepper and the rice was great. The salsa was under whelming but had a decent flavor. Next was Doña Carmens Birria. Out of the 3 i will rate this one 3rd. The meat could have been more tender and flavorful. The sals thou was great and had a good kick to it. Last but not least el pulgarcito. The salsa was very flavorful and had a great spice.
