Rented a golf cart for $97 for two hours, the golf cart died on us 30 minutes in about a mile away from the shop. Tried calling the office multiple times but the phone kept ringing. On about the 25th call, they finally answered, when I told them what had happened, they said that they were sending somebody to come pick us up. Half an hour goes by, nothing. So I take our two small kids and walk about a mile back to where they are located with the key to the cart. I hand the keys over and assume that I would obviously get a full refund, not the case. They start to "haggle" with me in a very demeaning way and start to ask how long it was working before it died, what I did to cause it to die, and attempted to charge me the full rate, including the half hour it took to walk all the way back at 10pm at night with two small children. Let them know that I was surprised that this was even an issue over

DO NOT come here, they are desperate for $$$, they are a total rip off. The owner gave my husband a quote for 155.00 for 24 hours, but his non English speaking cashier was trying to charge 187 total with my husband he said no I was quoted 155 total at which point they went back and forth ( the owner who was standing there all that time who originally gave the quote didn’t say anything… my husband left a cash deposit of 200$) … then they call us 3 hours later ( forget the part where the golf cart barely went 10 mph) after we finally got around to going out we had to come back because they “ forgot to charge our card” at which point we had to drive back to the office and told the owner we were just going to turn the golf cart in ( too many issues) and he charged my husband 70$ .. be very cautious of this company . The owner does not believe in giving the customer quality service as he laughed when i mentioned that and said “ where did you hear that” yea right “ to me it’s all about the principle, not good business when your trying to rip off the customers that we’re offering you business in the...
