I am stunned they are still in business. I went here for my wedding band several years ago because they advertised custom made rings. They couldn't get the stones they promised me and ended up making my ring with much cheaper stones because I was running out of time. They almost didn't get it done in time for the wedding. Every time I'd stop up to see if they had completed my ring (I was getting so nervous) they were closed during their posted business hours. So I'd call, and it would sound like it was forwarded to a home phone (baby screaming in the background)- very unprofessional. The ring was "finished" just before the wedding and I used it for the ceremony but had another jeweler put the stones I had actually wanted in afterward.
