I am not a Starbucks connoisseur however I did meet a friend there today. I can only give two stars based on our experience. We sat inside. Our table had a sticky film on it as well as circular markings from the bottom of coffee cups prior to our arrival. They could of been permanent or stubborn stains from coffee cups. The table was dark brown, so it's hard to tell. There was a young lady wearing a Starbucks t-shirt, she was obviously an employee. She joined the customer who was quietly working on her laptop a few tables away from us. They began talking to one another as if to be in a meeting, but their volume was quite loud, so loud that at times that I looked over at them, hoping they would realize how loud they were. They didn't notice us at all. I had to ask my friend several times to repeat herself during our conversation. The young lady in the Starbucks t-shirt bagan dragging chairs back to their tables. I do not know why she chose to drag them across the floor. That of course added to the noise. It was annoying to say the least. My friend and I used restrooms and went outside. The restroom I used was decent except the toilet seat. It had not been wiped down since the last person used it. It had urine spots on the underside. To be fair, I don't know if the store was short handed because many places are. I visited the store one other time about a year ago and I don't remember having a bad...
Read moreNot much to like about this location, but it’s not the employees’ fault. They are very frequently understaffed and overworked and it’s apparent with the rushing and stressful atmosphere. They need help. Old drinks are often just sitting on the pickup counter that nobody has taken for some reason. Maybe customers who didn’t want to wait any longer or order ahead drinks that they are late for. The physical location also sucks. It’s awkward to get to being a little isolated plaza within a plaza. The drive thru line of cars floods into the lot blocking parking spaces and the plaza main road. The inside isn’t a nice place to sit and relax. If it’s even remotely busy, you won’t find an open seat, but if you do, you can just enjoy the crowd of 5-20 people all standing right there waiting for their drinks. Not sure what corporate was thinking with this, especially for a large city like Strongsville. They need a bigger building.
I get that people like the drive thru option, but the old location in the Target plaza was so much...

-It takes forever (even though the inside is closed) + line is always super long.
-the layout of the parking lot is awful. If there is any line at all, good luck getting out of the drive thru line since it spits you right back out into the middle of the drive thru line.
-inside is closed randomly all the time. Which can be entertaining, watched at least 15 people go up to try the door while waiting in line.
-Their hours are really weird. Again, better off just going to the Starbucks at Target.
-I've given this location 3 chances, each time the drink has been gross. Watery or with weird flavors not normally in the order.
I don't know if they just hired three random people off the street and didn't train them, but this location is just bad and...
