I visited today for the first time, the atmosphere was inviting the cashier was knowledgeable. I order the chipotle chicken wrap and paired it with the watermelon smoothie. The smoothie lives up to its name meaning it tastes exactly like watermelon 🍉 the sandwich was ok. Hello 👋 I went back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Monday , I ordered the ultimate club . This sandwich is very fulfilling. I ate not after and I was full, I paired the sandwich with the salt and vinegar chips . They also offer a fruit or slaw instead of chips. Totally your choice.

Staff was friendly, service was decently quick for being a fairly long line, shortly before closing time. My drink was great!! I'm kicking myself for not going here sooner. There are so any options to customize your drink to your exact liking. Absolutely delicious, I will definitely be back very soon!!

Smoothies and food are fantastic! At the time of our visit, the team had a lot of orders coming in, and you could tell they were working on all cylinders. Some reviews mention that the drive thru is slow. If it’s too slow for you then I’d recommend just going inside, it won’t kill you. Interior can be a little loud at times, but what can you expect; they’re making smoothies in a blender. Would definitely come back!

My family and I love tropical Smoothie, we frequently visit tropical smoothie as we travel. This is the worst tropical smoothie we have ever been too. During our resent travel my husband and I ordered on the app for fast convenient curbside pick up. As the app indicated they had. They do NOT have curbside pick up. It’s a waste of time to order on the app. We ordered our food at 1pm. Upon arrival there were no signs for curb side pick up or indicating where we should go to pick up our food. Front doors were locked. The app said to call upon arrival. I called 3 times with no answer. We ended up in the drive-through, sitting for 20+ mins. By the Time we reached the drive-through window it was 30+ mins after ordering our food. Our smoothies were completely melted and watered down. Our food was cold. Better management is needed at...

I have never done a review before but the service tonight is one to share. I had AMAZING service by a young lady tonight named Raelyn who instantly greeted us with a smile and a hello when we came in. Tonight was our first time here and my husband and I came in with our 5 year old and we were struggling to figure out a smoothie for him because he wanted a kid smoothie but in the blueberry one. She kindly offered to make it in a kid size just for him!! and then told us all about the rewards program to help save $5.00 when we order more and ordered our smoothies just how we wanted them! She was very great to our family with an amazing attitude and service! Our smoothies and food were fast and a young man named Nick as well gave us good food service. We will...

On Monday I stopped for lunch at Tropical Smoothie in Muskegon Mich. I was so impressed with the staff and customer service! It was very busy, but only took a few minutes to place and receive my order. I had the Green Island Smoothie with the Turkey apple slaw sandwich! Both were Awesome!! Loved the Atmosphere, so clean, bright, and cheery looking... What I also liked about this Tropical smoothie they have a Drive-Thru with quick service! This Tropical Smoothie location will caterer too if needed!!! How awesome is that!!! I recommend to everyone, if you are looking for good healthy food, weather it's breakfast lunch or dinner, try Tropical Smoothie in Muskegon, Michigan! They have it all! I will definitely be back!
