I went to your boutique yesterday and was so pleasantly surprised... I will start with your lunch box that I bought (and ate for dinner :) WOW! I am Paleolithic for two weeks then eat for nutritional Ketosis ever 2 weeks: I have a very sensitive system and am grain and sugar free... if I eat any grain I know within 5 minutes as I have a profound reaction; I am a total foodie and LOVE taste so for me to have a gourmet experience I typically have to cook for myself as I can't trust what others put on my plate and as we all know it is very particular shopping for foods that are grass fed, non GMO, truly organic .. etc. etc etc ... so many factors. I had THE BEST dinner ever Pia, THANK YOU for letting me have a place I can TRUST with my gut. :) I love that you get your products from local artisans whenever possible which in my book is the best way to do things all around. The service is at a level of 'practitioner' as far as I was concerned as the goal seemed to be to help me on an internal level. Food IS medicine by the way and I am so grateful to have found you and to know that I can trust my body to your prepared foods as well as to the products I would bring home to use every day. I visited this shop after a friend recommended it and was initially impressed by the variety and quality of the products. However, when I got home, I realized the goat's milk I purchased was nearly two weeks past its "best by" date and was completely spoiled.

Her products are delicious, effective , clean, organic. I love that we can go in to shop for groceries and not have to worry about bad ingredients being in our foods!
