I'm surprised this store has no reviews! I had the pleasure of visiting this place with a friend last week and had a very pleasant experience. Initially, we were helped by an Asian woman who didn't seem to really care much because she gave my friend a very off color eyebrow pencil however, luckily we were able to get attention from Muriel. And let me tell you, she was phenomenal! We were also looking for a concealer and she matched my friend with one perfectly! She did her full face and added blush too! She made me friend very beautiful and happy that she made me take so many pictures of her hehe. We also asked her to recommend an eyebrow pencil and like we suspected, she picked a different color that matched her much better! Sometimes, being in the woodlands area and being brown don't go very well hand in hand, because we don't look like the stereotypical affluent period of this area so we're always very hesitant about going to stores as we feel like we won't receive the same service and unfortunately, a lot of times we're right. This review is specifically for the Woodlands store. I’m in TX for business and needed a product, so I looked up the nearest store to my location. Unfortunately, the closest store was about 30 minutes away. I looked up their hours, planned my day, and drove 30 minutes out of my way to be at their store at 10 AM – when they open. Upon arrival at 10:01AM, I noticed they were not yet open. I waited until 10:15 AM. I called them, I looked inside, they were still not open.
