First time visit 10/8/2021 and probably will be the last! First I would just like to say, thank you to the security guard for being so pleasant and welcoming! She was the only one that made us feel welcomed. Visited the woodlands location for the first time today and was a little underwhelmed with customer service. I am usually not one to leave reviews but the experience today rubbed me the wrong way. My mom and I went in to purchase her a ring. When we stepped in, as stated above the security guard was very nice and welcoming. My mom was then assisted by a bald gentleman(sorry didn’t remember his name) which he probably didn’t mention to begin with. We were not greeted by any of the other staff members, they looked directly in our face with stale looks as if we didn’t belong. The gentleman that assisted my mom with her ring started off very blunt and dry as if he thought his time was being wasted. He only seem to get more helpful once he realized my mom was making a purchase! I just don’t appreciate the pre judgement that seems to linger in that store. You all are not better than anybody, and should treat every customer the same whether they are purchasing or simply window shopping. I’m seeing many pleasant reviews from other shoppers, so maybe me and my mom just came on a bad day idk, but I was very underwhelmed and will encourage my mom to make her purchases online and or at the...
Read moreJust received the worst customer service ever from Tiffany’s The Woodlands. So rude. My husband had bought me a necklace last birthday, then the matching ring just a few days ago for this birthday. We’re always told to come in anytime to have items cleaned, which takes just a minute or two. Called in this afternoon to get the necklace cleaned. The salesperson was more than willing to serve me, until she heard I wanted something cleaning and wasn’t buying today. At which point I was told she was really busy and it would be 3-4 days before I could get it back. . My husband was not pleased with this after everything we’ve bought from there over the years, especially since the store was quiet and there were 3 staff members stood around doing nothing. He quietly mentioned to one member of staff on the way out that it wasn’t acceptable, and it needed feeding back to management. I was trailing behind with my mom, and so heard another member of staff totally over react, say to the person he reported to “it’s ok, he’s left now, that wasn’t nice”. Really?! My mom went to let them know we had heard this, at which point she was told “goodbye, have a nice life”. Wow. Just wow. This store will sell things to you, but would rather stand around than follow up with...
Read moreI highly recommend people of color to avoid this location as long as Ben works here. We went in to the store ready to purchase an engagement ring (mind you the ring we were ready to purchase cost $18K). As we went in, my fiancé went to ask for customer service from a gentlemen named Ben as we were looking and waitin for a solid 15 minutes and she was told to wait and make sure we were not in line (there was no other customer in the store and there were 3 other Tiffany sales reps).
We had another sales person (Madison G.) assist us and we had a pleasant experience. She is amazing and if you intend to still shop here I’d ask for Madison.
Now back to Mr. Ben. As my fiancé was being helped by Madison, I stood back and noticed that 2 other families of color walked in and Mr. Ben ignored them for reasons I don’t see why as he was just standing and looking right at them as they obviously were looking to be helped. Madison rectified the situation and made a horrible experience a 5 star experience by the time we walked out. They also left visibly annoyed. Every other sales rep acknowledged us as we left besides mr Ben. Shame on you Mr. Ben your store lost out on a $18k ring sale today....
