Horrible customer service, false advertisement, and failure to stand behind warranty. Macy's Worry No More warranty is a scam. Motor went out in sectional that is only 13 months old. Neither Macy's nor the Worry No More extended warranty we were scammed into purchasing has fixed the issue. $8,000+ for a broken sectional. We have been given the runaround from the warranty service for the past 6 months. 3 different technicians have been out to access the issue. Worry No More said they ordered the replacement parts and the parts would arrive in 2 weeks to 3 months. 2 and a half months later, I called the warranty company for a status update. I was informed that the parts were not ordered they were outsourced. The store did not have the parts so the warranty company reordered the parts from someone else. I was told it would be another 2 weeks to 3 months to see if the parts are available. At this rate I will be stuck with a broken sectional for almost a year. Macy's customer service said that there is nothing they can do as it is supposed to be covered under my extended warranty plan that the salesman pushed us into. I highly recommend not purchasing the extended warranty service. I would also recommend not purchasing any furniture from Macy's as they do not stand behind their products. The first time my husband called about it, they couldn't find a tracking number and was going to call us back after speaking to the sales associate who order it for us. No call back was ever made. The second time he called they said they were waiting for it to arrive at the warehouse, but the sales associate when we ordered it said it was already at the warehouse the day we purchased. The third time he called they said it was delivered on May 5th (the day we ordered it) and they would call us back in 3 days. We still have no idea where our sectional piece is or when we will recieve it, but Macy's sure has had the full amount for it since the day...

They do not want to help you, they don’t even attempt to help. The last lady I spoke with was incredibly rude, said she did not have a way to reach the third party vendor that the furniture actually comes from and that we would have to wait another week for the bed, and that’s all she could do. One customer service representative didn’t know what the word EXPEDITE meant, I literally had to give him the definition.
