I went here today for brunch for my friend’s birthday. This place is awesome!

First and foremost let me say I’m mad I didn’t even know about this place until 3 days ago…..

Secondly, this place is beautiful! When you walk in it just makes a great first impression. Staff was so friendly and inviting and even chatted with customers while we were waiting for our party. Who’s the best staff ever? Audrey’s! Luis was our waiter and he did a FANTASTIC job. We were very happy. Did not think it could possibly get any better. But then a very nice lady named Brittany came by to check on us and she that gesture sparked a wonderful conversation and moment when she led us to the theater to give us a quick tour. Now obviously we have to come back for a fancy movie night!

Brittany was so wonderful. She made us feel like her sole purpose was to see the customers happy. I just loved how she interacted with us; my friend was so happy. AND IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH….we met the chef!

I think this place is PERFECT for girls day/night out, completely Instagram worthy and wonderful.

Perfect for date night; I’ve already demanded my fiancé bring me back here 😂

Now that is just the service. Let’s talk about this delicious food! I ordered the French toast. Do not even leave without trying it. It was literally the best French toast I’ve ever had and I consider myself something of a mini chef. We also ordered the coastal eggs Benedict at the hostess’s suggestion and my friend LOVED it. We had it be with lobster and the other with a crab cake. We also ordered some soufflé pancakes . Mmmmmmm. This so was beautiful to eat and look at. Had a few sides as well. Turkey bacon and chicken sausage (I do not eat pork and try to avoid beef but I saw the real bacon at the table next to me and it looked good!) My friend had a drink that she loved; she said it tasted like rose water lemonade and she enjoyed it. It was pretty! I wanted to order the Parker house rolls but I could not possibly stuff more food in my mouth. I’ll be back next week. In the meantime check out the pics! These are all the pics I got. We were busy eating 😂

You will not regret this place. I wouldn’t say it was pricey for us but it was pricey for brunch. But keep in mind we were celebrating and there were definitely more affordable options that looked great but I was pretending to be a sugar mama for the day so had to spoil her.

This place is great. Thank you Luis! Thank you Brittany; I love you already! Thank you sweet girl that took our pictures as we were leaving! Gosh; fantastic find. I’m bringing...

Such a surprise to have such a poor experience. My crab and shrimp scampi came out looking dry and like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. The shrimp were overcooked and there was literally zero scampi sauce! I asked for some sauce. The waitress brought it out….barely lukewarm and zoomed off. I called her back and told her. She said she would warm it up, then asked if I wanted them to just remake the dish. I said, “Yes, that would be great!” The dish comes back, looking better and fresh, but with only 3 shrimp this time. I asked where the other shrimp were. Waitress replied that I had eaten two and so the chef gave me 3 this time.

Now, mind you, my friends were halfway finished with their meals at this point. I was sitting with no food at all. I exclaimed to her, “This is not your fault, but this is really a poor customer service experience! For $30, my meal should come out as it was supposed to be served initially. My friends are halfway done. My food wasn’t cooked properly!” Waitress replies that she can go see if the chef could make me a side of shrimp. At this point, I was afraid she would charge me! I was even hungrier from waiting so I said yes. It never came.

Finally, she cleared my friends’ plates and I mentioned the shrimp never came. She said the chef had agreed to make them, then the kitchen backed up so he didn’t get around to it, but the good news is that she would comp a free dessert. Seriously?!? Our cake was free, but it was not very good. I would never go back here after my experience. It was very cute, but super loud with bad, 80’s music. My friends’ meals looked good (truffle ravioli and vegan poke). Dessert was gorgeous, but not very good. Overly sweet icing and dry cake inside. The chocolates on top were good, portion was nice for sharing.

For the price, things need to be served at the proper room temperature, cooked properly, not overcooked and dry. Kitchen being busy is no reason for poor communication and lax quality in...

So the idea is prime, the food is very, very good. The appetizer came long after the entree which was problematic. No apology offered. I had short rib delivered, and several minutes I tot he entree, I was served some raw hamachi appetizer that was delivered more curiously room temperature rather than chilled - I asked for it to be chilled in the freezer and the wait staff balked. I asked for it to be packed to go and they ignored my request to chill it while I finished my entre and wanted to order dessert. A bit odd and detrimental to the food quality that they wouldn’t chill it for me. The drinks were nicely done, but the wait staff wa so attentive to most people’s needs at the bar. The concept is lovely, no doubt, but the dining room is cavernous and loud, not as intimate as I would have hoped for the price point. And the service was lacking at the luxury cinema experience. Wrong food delivered, although no other customers present. Just odd service all the way around. I did not get the sense the service staff liked being there or their jobs, and I didn’t get the sense at any point they really cared for my experience. I had to wait over 25 minutes from the time I dropped my credit card after lunch for anyone to acknowledge I was completely finished - No food or drink had been on the table for some time, and the service simply ignored my request to close out. I think the decor is lovely, but I need good service more than a designer decor, and I would think the service manager would like to address all of this. I only frequent establishments that have excellence in food quality, customer service, and...
